All digital image sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once a purchase has been completed.

Images are delivered electronically through an online gallery or download link. It is the client’s responsibility to download and safely store purchased files. Replacement downloads may not be guaranteed after a limited availability period.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed purchases will not be affected.

Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased digital images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The buyer may:

- Download and save the purchased images for personal use.
- Print the images for personal display.
- Share the images on personal social media accounts, provided no commercial use is made and any copyright notice or watermark remains intact (if applicable).

The buyer may not:

- Share, distribute, email, text, or otherwise provide the digital files to any third party, including other event attendees, friends, or family members.
- Upload the images to file-sharing services, cloud storage folders accessible by others, or social media in a manner that allows others to download the high-resolution files.
- Sell, sublicense, reproduce for commercial purposes, or otherwise exploit the images.
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or metadata.
- Each purchased image license is intended solely for the individual purchaser.

Any person wishing to obtain a copy of an image must purchase their own license through the gallery.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of purchased images constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
